Shipping policy

BettaFishWater.com currently ships within the United States only.


1) Shipping

Processing time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays). Processing times may extend during launches, high volume periods, or inventory audits.

Shipping methods and rates

Available shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout. We ship using the carrier and service level selected at checkout (when available).

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after label creation to appear in carrier systems.

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays due to weather, regional disruptions, or peak shipping volumes may occur.

Address accuracy

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If you need to request a change, contact support@BettaShots.com immediately. We cannot guarantee updates once a label is created or a package is in transit.

Split shipments

We may ship items separately when required by inventory availability or packaging constraints.

Lost, missing, or delayed packages

If tracking indicates an exception, delay, or non-delivery, contact the carrier first, then notify us with your order number and tracking details. We will assist with documentation and claim steps where applicable.

Marked “Delivered” but not received

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package:

  1. Check with household members, building staff, and secure delivery areas.
  2. Contact the carrier to open an investigation.
  3. Notify us at support@copperpeptides.com. 

2) Transit damage, leaks, or incorrect items

Report window

Report transit damage, leakage, missing items, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@BettaShots.com.

Documentation

Include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the outer box, shipping label, internal packaging, and product(s)
  • A brief description of the issue

We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on inventory availability and evaluation of the documentation.
